Clearing browser Cache did solve my problem. But in my case the ArchiveCreator.bat was not able to find the installable for windows and linux in the package I downloaded. So I had to copy the setup.exe and linux rpm into the install folder from a separate package that I had downloaded for Sametime Connect Standard (Not network install )
